Come join a winning team! The Brass Tap Framingham is hiring General Manager for our award-winning craft beer bar & kitchen. If you're looking for a lively sports bar and restaurant where great food, great beer and drinks, and live sports come together , we're your forever job! We are seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to lead the daily operations of our fast-paced sports bar and restaurant. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational knowledge, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to create an exciting, high-energy guest experience. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including staff management, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
To succeed, you should be able to lead a team to:
- Source, select, and grow great team members
- Deliver superb guest experiences & fantastic food
- Create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for your guests
- Ensure adherence to all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards
- Grow sales!
- Meet or exceed budgeted financial targets
- Monitor employee performance and enforce company policies
- Maintain a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the sports bar brand

Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Min. 3-5 years experience in a full-service, casual bar/restaurant management position
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and customer service
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
- ServSafe and/or alcohol service certification preferred
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
